the European base for Development Workshop (founded in 1973), with
affiliated offices in Angola, Mali and Canada. Currently DWF manages and
supports programmes and projects in West Africa and Indo-China, Asia and
Central America. DWF actively promotes the development of local responsibility
for programme management. |

is governed by an administrative council elected by its membership.
DWF maintains a small permanent core staff, supported by proven additional
expert inputs as required to provide support to local programme teams. In
the conduct of its activities DWF collaborates with many other local and
international partner organisations. |
